if i want to lose 10-15 lbs...how much should i work out each day and what heart rate should i aim for? i notice when i run, my heart rate gets pretty high. should i slow it down to burn more fat?
How much cardio should i do each day?
Do 45 minute sessions 4x a week and watch your diet. Your diet is just as or more important then cardio. Also try to get some weight training in there.
