YUP! They are panic attacks and they suck. Get Xanax, you will feel better and not suffer from these symptoms as much

This maybe. You need to consult with your doctor who will either prescribe medication such as Paxil, Zoloft etc. and or send you to a therapist. Everyone has this happen some time in their life. It is not too difficult to get under control as long as you take the meds correctly and follow what your doctor recommends as far as therapy.

Sorry, but I have no idea. I%26#039;m not a doctor, but I think maybe you should ask your doctor about it.

I had them for years - there is a wonderful at home program called Attacking Anxiety. I have no more panic attacks.

I sounds as if you may be suffering from symptoms of anxiety. In contrast to a previous answer, panic and anxiety are similar but NOT the same. Panic is a SUDDEN onset of fear that basically replaces rational thinking. Panic is also called the %26quot;fight or flight%26quot; response. Anxiety is a response to a more prolonged feeling of fear, danger or general uneasiness.

Needless to say, your best bet is NOT to get a prescription for Xanax, but to see your doctor who may advise you to see a mental health professional who may try to see WHY you get these feelings. They may prescribe a sedative as an adjunct to other treatment

Taking into account your symptoms you can be having Panic attacks, but these symptoms may be due to another causes so I think that you should go to the doctor. It is very common to have anxiety attacks when you feel relax. If finally they are anxiety attacks I recommend you not only take drugs but you to a therapist because the drugs will make the symptoms disappear as long as you take them but the therapy will act not only in the symptoms but in the causes.
